It is HPI clear and service history up to 28284 I have also just serviced it myself so no stamp for that. sparkle to it. It also has a lovely interior being half black leather and Alcantara with contrasting piping. A very high specification, including heated electric seats, electric sunroof, 6 stack cd player, air conditioning, electric windows, electric folding mirrors, 6 speed manual gearbox etc etc The only thing that this car does not have is factory navigation. In all honesty I think it`s better to have a portable unit as you can keep it up to date unlike a factory unit from 2003. A much loved and looked after example having owned the vehicle from new with NO previous owners. I know the entire history of this car. No nasty dents, there is a couple of light scratches and scuffs with are car park marks whilst unattended but very minor. As with all used cars there are some minor stone chips on the bonnet. The wheels are in very good condition with a few minor marks and the interior has virtually no sign of wear at all, the chrome gear knob is in perfect condition as it was changed at the last service. The car has also just had 4 brand new tyres and a new 3 part clutch. I have uploaded a selection of pics to demonstrate how clean and well kept this car is, please take a look. You will go a long long way to find such a nice example. Mileage is less than 84500 miles which is genuinely nothing for one of these, with Lexus history. The car is due a service but we have a lexus service plan so is already paid for and can be done before you collect depending on the final selling price. I haven`t had it done just in case you do this sort f thing yourself and would prefer a reduction in price rather than the service as i can get a refund on the plan. The car is mechanically perfect and everything works as it should. Lexus are renowned for quality and reliability and this is a genuine example of that. Taxed till the end of January 2012 and Mot`d till mid April 2012. If you are looking for one of these, you must come and see this one. I welcome any inspection and can assure no disappointments with this car. I have all the associated documentation, including the V5, mot`s, service history and receipts as well as 2 keys. The car has the full tool kit in the boot, with jack, brace and locking wheel nut key. Also an full size spare alloy wheel and tyre. as you would expect with a Lexus, the 2.0-litre 6 cylinder engine is silky smooth and sounds superb and has a nice 6-speed gearbox. It has covered 149000 miles but hides its miles well and Lexus’s are well known for their 1st class reliability and maintained these engines will easily go for 250000 miles plus. The car has the Lexus handbooks and a folder full of service history and MOT certificates, mainly Lexus main dealer including the important cambelt and waterpump change at 92358 miles at a cost of just over £1000. I would say the car is due a service soon to keep up its maintenance record but drives and runs fine. MOT till September 6th 2012, road tax has just expired but I can re-tax at the buyers expense if required (paypal deposit required). The car has covered 119k which is absolutely nothing for one of these, with full LEXUS of Bristol Service history up to 92k with 9 stamps then has had three independent between that and the present millage. It has also had the best tyres with a set of Toyos at £220 and Bridgestone Potenza’s at £200. Which were both fitted very recently and have loads of tread left. Brakes front and rear still have loads of life still left in them. Another problem with the Usual Lexus is200 is they suffer from clutch judder, this one has had a new higher performance clutch fitted just before I purchased the car so no worries there. The previous owner also had 4 Brand new standard shocks fitted all the way round, this was due to one haveing slight corrosion and becuase of this he replaced all four! An idea of the care taken on this car. due to the EGR valve getting clogged up, eventually (and usually around 100K) the vehicle will experience a lack of power and when this happens the vehicle needs to be overhauled with a new engine block and associated componants (this is well documented on all the forums) it is sometimes called the 5th injector recall! My Lexus has only just had this recall done, on 31st October 2011, by Lexus Exeter, they reckon this would have cost Lexus around £5000. The mileage was 97487 when it went in for the recall. This recall/repair has a 12 months parts and workmanship warranty from Lexus Exeter, and i have a letter confirming all this. So why risk buying one that hasnt been done?
